What oracle software is still there? The database files? The binaries if yes, which? If you want to totally wipe the machine of everything oracle, do the oracle universal uninstaller first.
Search for the word oracle, and also search for files ending in. Then go into the registry and delete anything with oracle in it. But warning, only do this if you want to totally delete everything oracle off of a machine, which is far more than just deleting a single database. I need to installed a fresh oracle 10g again. In this case u need to clean up the registry entries. Do clean all registry entries that contain oracle in them. Do take proper care in doing so.
